Accra-based satellite television, Omy TV has invited Black Princesses and Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies head coach, Abdul Yusif Basigi for an award at its TV Legendary Night which will be held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
The renowned tactician returned home from London on last Saturday after his two-weeks internship at Crystal Palace Annex.
Other eminent sports personalities to be awarded include former Black Stars and Anderlecht mercurial midfielder, Nii Odartey Lamptey and Ghana legendary boxer, Professor Barima Azuma Nelson.
The ceremony will witness two former Presidents of Ghana, His Excellencies Jerry John Rawlings and John Agyekum Kuffour as special invited guests for the event scheduled to begin at 7:00PM.
Also, former Electoral Commission boss, Dr. Afari Gyan alongside former Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Doe Adzaho are on the award list.
The Superintendent of Assemblies of God Church, Ghana, Reverend Atto Bentil will also go home with an award on the night.
