The National Sports Authority branch in the Ashanti Region has told Asante Kotoko to pay a sum of GH¢1000 per training at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
According to reports, the management of the Sports Authority have written to Asante Kotoko management to pay the amount to help in the maintenance of the stadium.

Kyfilla.com understands, management of the Kumasi based side are yet to respond to the letter from the Sports Authority.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have begun preparations towards their game against Etoile du Sahel in the CAF Champions League.
The Porcupines will face the Tunisian giant in the first-leg of the CAF Champions League prelims at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday, September 15 before the return leg in Tunisia.
