Hearts of Oak shared spoils with fellow premiership side Wa All Stars in a friendly match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The Phobians failed to secure victory in the game which was to commemorate their 108th birthday anniversary.
Despite enjoying much of the possession during the second half of the match, Hearts of Oak drew 1:1 in front of their supporters at the nation’s capital today.
The first half was a balanced game as both sides created some threatening chances but failed to utilize the opportunities.
However, the dying embers of the first half saw midfield dynamo Gerald Arkson putting the visitors to the lead to end the first forty-five minutes of the match.
Hearts of Oak returned from the recess to dominate with Joseph Esso, Kwadwo Obeng Jnr coming close to the parity.
The Continental Club Masters kept pressuring until youngster Kwadwo Obeng Jnr snatched the equalizer from Sumaila Ibrahim’s cross in the 77th minute.
Hearts of Oak kept pressuring for the match winner but experienced goalkeeper Fatau Dauda was superb in the sticks for the visitors, making some glaring saves.
The match eventually ended 1:1 despite coach Kim Grant’ side showing enough determination in the dying embers of the match to get the winner.
