Asante Kotoko defender Abass Mohammed has joined the team’s injury list after sustaining an ankle injury.

The left-back sustained an ankle injury during Asante Kotoko friendly with Bekwai Youth Football Club at the Adako Jachie on last Saturday.

Abass Mohammed was substituted in just fifteen minutes after BYFA attacker clattered his ankle in an attempt to stop him from initiating an attack at the Kotoko defensive area.

Kyfilla.com understands, Abass Mohammed will be out of action for five days but he is expected to return for San Pedro clash on October 27.
