Karela United have set a price-tag on sensational goal poacher, Diawisie Taylor who has emerged as a transfer target for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Taylor who is the leading topscorer in the on-going NC Special Competition tier 1 has been linked to Asante Kotoko with Dreams FC also in the race for his services.
However, speaking to Kumasi based Ashh FM, the Communications Director of the Nzema based team, Eric Alagidede has disclosed that, Asante Kotoko and any other club who need the services of the enterprising goal poacher should be able to table an offer of $100,000.
Taylor’s late minute goal ensured Karela United beat Ashgold at the Obuasi Lenclay Stadium to secure a final berth in the NC Special Competition tier 1 where they will face Asante Kotoko for a chance to represent Ghana at the next season’s CAF Champions League.
He has scored ten goals in the NC Special Competition tier 1 and looks forward to win the award at the expense of Asante Kotoko’s Abdul Fatawu Shafiu who has netted nine.
Diawisie Taylor joined Karela United on a three-year deal in the 2017/18 season after scoring over 30 goals in the Division One league for Goldstars FC which even won him the goal-king award.
