Simba Sporting Club midfielder, Jonas Mkude on Thursday, June 13, 2019 has penned down a new contract extension for the team.
The 26-year old inked a two year contract extension with the Msimbadzi Reds, keeping him at the team till 2021.

Mkude played a vital role in the team’s success in the just ended season, helping the Benjamin Mkapa lads to defend the league title and also reach the quarterfinals of the CAF Champions League for the very first time in the club’s history.
He was nominated for best midfielder in the 2019 MO Simba Awards but lost the accolade to teammate, James Agyekum Kotei.
Jonas Mkude made his first international appearance for the Taifa Stars of Tanzania on February 23, 2012 against Dr. Congo.
