Kumasi based Light FM have reported that, George Afriyie is almost done in securing Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer role.

According to a report by the station which is owned by Kotoko Executive Chairman, Dr. Kwame Kyei, George Afriyie is ninety percent done in taking over from George Amoako as the CEO of Asante Kotoko.

The report further states that, George Afriyie has arranged to hold a meeting with Kotoko live patron Otumfour Osei Tutu II alongside Dr. Kwame Kyei for the final talks.

Kyfilla.com understands, should George Afriyie takes over as the new Asante Kotoko CEO, he is expected to appoint not less than three management members as well as registering not less than 30 players for every season among others.
