According to several reports in the media, the Scottish is among the tall list of coaches vying for the vacant position in Kotoko.
Kotoko is currently without a substantive head coach after Norwegian Kjetil Zachariassen was sacked weeks ago for failing to qualify the team to both the CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup group stages.
Per the reports, Frank Nuttall is hoping for a return to Ghana and this time around, has expressed interest in coaching the Porcupine Warriors ahead of the upcoming league season.
It’s on record that, the Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Kotoko, Nana Gyambibi Coker has stated that, the club will appoint a foreigner as their new head coach probably next week.
Nuttall was the head coach for Hearts of Oak from 2017-18 but was fired after guiding the team to a 3rd place finish in the Ghana Premier League and the finals of the FA Cup in the 2016/17 season.
