Ghana’s top flight Returnees, Bofoakwa Tano have secured the signing of former Ashantigold Sporting Club forward, Emmanuel Owusu on a three year deal as revealed in the media on Monday, August 14, 2023.
It is established that the forward has already commenced training with the 2023/24 Access Bank Division One League Winners already and an official announcement is imminent.

The 22-year-old has been away from the local scene after securing a move to Moldovan club FC Sfîntul Gheorghe in 2021 following the bizarre episode that has resulted in the indefinite suspension of Ashantigold Sporting Club by the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association and subsequent upholding by the Ordinary Congress held in July 2023.
Emmanuel Owusu scored four times in 22 appearances in his last stint with Ashantigold Sporting Club between 2019 and 2021.
Bofoakwa Tano Football Club secured a betPawa Premier League slot following a 16 year hiatus from the top flight league and are currently putting pieces together to established themselves in the upcoming season.
