Western Region based division two outfit, Bis Paradise sporting club have unveiled their new training kits for the upcoming league season on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

The new kits which is for the club’s U-10, U-13, U-15, U-17 and the division two side was out-doored in a colorful ceremony at the team’s base in Effiakuma, a suburb in Takoradi.

Over 300 training kits and 100 footballs were shared among the various sides with the U10 alone getting forty-five pieces of the kits.
Speaking at the brief ceremony, the President of Bis Paradise, Bismark Owusu stated that the rationale for the exercise is for the players to look more attractive to investors.

The formation of juvenile sides
Mr. Owusu stated that, the management of the club decided to form juvenile sides to serve as federal clubs for the division two team. He said that purchasing of players from other clubs at times is very expensive hence the decision to form the U-10, U-13, U-15 and U-17 to feed the division two side.

Giving Back to the Society
He stated that about ninety-seven percent (97%) of the players in the club are from Effia where the club is currently basing and believes this is a way of giving back to the society.
He reiterated that, “We are not running Bis Paradise because of money but our interest is to nurture the next Black Stars players from this town [Effiakuma]. We believe the money will come not now but when the players become successful in future.”

Cooperate Bodies
Mr. Owusu said that the club is organizing themselves very well to meet the Western Regional Minister, Hon. Kobby Okyere-Darko and the club is also opened to the cooperate bodies as well for support.
Target for Next Season
With barely nineteen days to the start of the 2020/21 division two league season, Bismark Owusu disclosed that their target for the upcoming season is to market more of their players to top-notch clubs both in Africa and abroad.
Though the likes of Eleven Wise, Railstars Academy are all poised to secure qualification to the division one league season, Mr. Owusu stated that Bis Paradise will take their chances when the opportunity befall on them.

Adding his voice was the chairman of the club, Michael Quarshie who reiterated that the aim of the management is not monetary but to develop young football talents from Effiakuma who will become future stars for the Black Stars of Ghana.
He indicated that before the commencement of every league season, new jerseys and training kits are out-doored for the players to look more uniformed and today’s event is of no exception.

“We launched these training kits for the players. We do that before the start of every league season. We believe that when a club is attractive, it invites investors to come and support and that’s the reason for today’s event”, Mr. Quarshie said…

He added that, “football is a very important equipments, one football can’t be used for all the sides hence the decision to share among them 100 footballs. We have passion for football, we are investing with the aim of not expecting anything back but our only interest is to nurture going football talents in Effiakuma for the country.”
Over hundred of players of the club (Both juvenile and division two) were present during the out-doorig exercise on Sunday..
