Former Black Stars defender Stephen Baidoo has opined that the 2017/18 league season should be resume.
Football activities in the country has been halted after the premiering of the Anas Aremeyaw Anas documentary video which captured some officials of the Ghana Football Association involving in some corrupt scandals.
Meanwhile, the FIFA/ CAF Liaison team have written to the Ghana League Clubs Association {GHALCA} to seek for ideas on whether to continue the 2017/2018 season.
But the former Ashantigold defender believes club owners have spent a lot and therefore the 2017/18 league season should be resume as early as possible.
“I think the league should resume as early as possible. Club owners have invest a lot and their investment shouldn’t go wasted”, he told Takoradi based Aseda FM in an interview.
