Division One League side Skyy FC held premiership heavyweight Asante Kotoko to a pulsating goalless draw at the St. Martins Park in Daboase of the Western Region on Sunday.

The first was balanced as both sides created numerous of chances but failed to utilize the opportunities.
Skyy FC returned from the break to dominate the early minutes of the game which saw Ebenezer Mamatah and Francie Oteng coming close to the opener.

Kotoko settled very well and started detecting the pace of the game with Kingsley Osei Effah, Douglas Owusu Ansah marshalling the midfield.
The likes of Abass Mohammed, Mudasiru Salifu, Kwame Adom and Apem Dacosta were delight to watch in the Porcupines jersey today.

The Skyy FC defenders started losing energy as Kotoko mounted an unease pressure with Songne Yacouba and youngster Kwame Adom stipulating their names as real predators upfront.

Despite Kotoko having much of the possession in the second half, the defenders of Skyy FC defended gallantly to finish the ninety minutes with a point at home.
