Youngster Franklin Osei netted three times for Karela United as they defeated Sekondi Eleven Wise 4-2 in the Goldfields Western Region Invitational Tournament at the Sekondi Sports Stadium today.
Osei’ hat-trick and Emmanuel Keyekeh stunner ensured the Ayinase based side secure the three maximum points with James Bissue reducing the tally with his brace.

Karela United started the match on a good note, putting an unease pressure on the defense of Eleven Wise, which ended in Franklin Osei’ opener.
The youngster netted the opener from a spot kick in the early minutes of the first half.
James Bissue restored parity for the Western Show Boys from the spot but was not enough as Franklin Osei sent the Ayinase based side to the lead again with a sublime free kick to end the first department of the game.
Eleven Wise returned from the break to dominate possession which saw James Bissue netting his second goal from the spot again.

Franklin Osei sent Karela to the lead again, this time, it was a tab in from captain Emmanuel Keyekeh’ cross in the eighteen yard box.
Finally, sensational Emmanuel Keyekeh had the final goal for coach Johnson Smith’ side from a sumptuous 25-meter yard strike.
The game ended with Karela United beating Sekondi Eleven Wise 4-2.
Though, they were defeated today, Sekondi Eleven Wise have qualified to the semifinals of the competition with six points, with Karela United annexing four points after three matches.
