[ads3]Ace Football administrator, Isaac Wilberforce Koomson has penned down his ambitions for clubs in Ghana when voted as the next Ghana League Clubs Association (Ghalca) chairman.
Mr. Koomson is battling for the top position at Ghalca in the forthcoming elections with the Incumbent and former boss Kudjo Fiano.
Having served as a vice-chairman at Ghalca sometime back, Isaac Koomson believes he knows what Ghanaian clubs needs and must be given the chance during the upcoming Ghalca elections in January, 2021.[ads2]
In a statement issued to various members of the association, Isaac Koomson outlined seven areas that he will be focusing when elected as the Ghalca chairman.

1. Human-Centred: I will help club administrators to meet the club licensing requirements so they can earn the required income and strengthen their bargaining power.
2. Welfare scheme for football people in times of bereavement, sickness and difficulties. The contributions to be managed by an identified fund managers.
3. Review of Ghalca constitution immediately to cater for women football, expand the scope of functions and bring the other sixteen regions onboard as we tinker our membership based on new regions and 16 women teams.
4. Ghalca to the doorsteps of the clubs and close to members who need it. Meaning regional officers and offices are going to be elected and opened across all sixteen regions during my term.

5. Ghalca Gala Night: The celebration of distinguished and outstanding performers of the football season awards night. Yearly journalists, sponsors, especially senior citizens will be awarded amidst music and dance all night till Dady calls.[ads4]
6. There is other none football areas that Ghalca under my administration will venture to bring income to the association.
7. Will be the main product of the association ie Ghalca top 4, President Cup, G6. Professionals are already looking at it to change the focus and style.
If I get the nod, these are some of the bones I will be adding fresh if I am given the opportunity to serve.
