The Court of Arbitration of Sports have postponed the date set aside for ruling on the case involving Osei Kwaku Palmer and Ghana Football Association.
The new date according to the highest football judiciary body is August 4, 2020 instead of the earlier communicated July 17, 2020.

Background
Osei Kwaku Palmer dragged the Ghana Football Association to court last year following a decision to sideline him from the Presidential Elections which was supervised by the then Mr. Kofi Amoah led Normalization Committee.

Osei Kwaku Palmer, who is the owner of Tema Youth FC, the former Ghana Premier League side had first seen his case to put injunction on the Congress and Election thrown out of court which saw to the electing of Mr. Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku as the replacement of Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi.
However, Palmer pushed for a CAS ruling on the basis of his disqualification from the election.
With both parties prepping up for the final ruling, CAS has postponed the matter to a later date, August 4, 2020.
