Great Olympics have secured a kits sponsorship deal with Portuguese sportswear firm STRIKE. The lower tier side signed a three-year deal with Strike after fruitful negotiations. Former Asante Kotoko striker Frederick Boateng has joined Angolan side Club Desportivo Da Huila, Kyfilla.com can confirm. The 25-year old signed a year deal with the Lubango based club after fruitful negotiations. He was on the verge of joining AS Kaloum Stars of Guinea alongside teammates Amos Frimpong but the Angolan side hijacked the deal and the forward is now their bonafide player. Frederick Boateng was released by Asante Kotoko in April this year after he failed to live up to expectation for the club.

Asante Kotoko management have ended the appointments of former Team Managers, Godwin Ablordey and Prince Adu Poku plus six other employees as part of the club’s ongoing redundancy exercise. Head of Administration and Legal Affairs, Lawyer Sarfo Duku disclosed this development on the former players in an interview with Kotoko Express App on Wednesday. Ghana striker Kelvin Prince Boateng has joined Italian Serie A side ACF Fiorentina, Kyfilla.com has learnt. The 32-year old has joined the Purples on a two-year deal from fellow Serie A side Sassuolo. Boateng who spent the second half of last season on loan at FC Barcelona has joined Fiorentina after passing a mandatory medicals.
