Ghana Premier League superhouse, Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of former Liberty Professionals attacker Bernard Arthur, Kyfilla.com has learnt. According to report in the local media, the 22-year old has joined the Rainbow side after fruitful negotiations. Kyfilla.com understands, the deadly goal poacher has joined the Accra based side as a free agent after contract with Algerian top-flight side AS Ain Mina expired. Bernard Arthur previously played for Tanzania Premier League heavyweight Azam FC before moving to AS Ain Mina. He scored 10 goals for Liberty Professionals in 24 appearance during the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season.
