President Akufo Addo has suspended the Chief Executive Officer of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Mr. A.B Adjei with immediate effect. A statement from the Communication Directorate at the Presidency, signed by Eugene Arhin and dated August 22 confirms the suspension of the PPA boss. According to the statement, the decision follows the recent broadcast of allegations made against him in a documentary conducted by undercover journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni titled ‘Contracts for Sale’. Former Black Stars goal poacher Junior Agogo has passed on in London, Kyfilla.com can report. Kyfilla.com can report that, the former Zamalek marksman gave up his life at a hospital in London on Thursday. Agogo has been hospitalized since 2015 after suffering from stroke. He was spectacular for Ghana during the 2008 African Cup of Nations hosted by the West African side.
Ghanaian midfielder Rabiu Mohammed has joined French Ligue 2 side Paris FC, Kyfilla.com can confirm. The 29-year old inked a season-long deal with the Paris based club after fruitful negotiations.
