Thomas Partey has been charged with two additional counts, as announced by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
These new charges arise from a separate report concerning non-recent offences dating back to 2020, following a fresh investigation by the Metropolitan Police.
The CPS indicated that the allegations were initially reported in August 2025. Partey is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court for a preliminary hearing on Friday, 13 March.
The former Arsenal midfielder has previously appeared in court, where he denied charges involving two women and the assault of a third.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place between 2021 and 2022, during the period he was a first-team regular at a north London Premier League club.
He was formally charged four days after leaving the club at the end of June, following the expiry of his contract. He is set to stand trial on these allegations in November.
