Mr. Kantanka has been invited by the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng after viral video of him demanding refund of some money he allegedly paid to Assembly Members for his confirmation.[ads2] This led to the Ashanti Regional Police arresting him after the viral video but was granted bail after his Investigation Caution Statement was taken.
