There were media publication that a 26-year old Stephanie Kumiwaa has been kidnapped in Mpohor with the kidnappers demanding Gh¢2,000.00 as ransom.[ads2] According to the Police, checks at the Mpohor Police District Command indicate that no such case has been reported.
