The GFA Normalization Committee has cancelled its special competition which was slated to commence on February 16 this year. The competition which was to fill the void caused by the halt on all local football activities since 2018 has officially been cancelled. A sum of 1.2 million dollars from the government was supposed to be invested in the competition which was introduced by the Dr. Kofi Amoah led Committee for both the Premier League and Division One clubs.
