The Executive Committee of the Western Region Football Association has constituted two ad-hoc committees to oversee the operations of the association in the interim until the elections of a new executive Committee.

The ad-hoc Committees was set up after the Committee unanimously agreed to officially end their mandate after a short handing over ceremony at Boyboison Lodge on November 9, 2019.
The responsibility of the ad-hoc Committees is to oversee the running of the various leagues until the composition of a new Executive Committee.
