Asante Kotoko winger Matthew Kelvin Andoh has said the team will work hard to excel in the CAF Champions League.
The Porcupine Warriors have witnessed an ebb and flow in their pre-season friendlies, which has left most of the supporters to give up hope as the team partake in the CAF Champions League.
But Kelvin Andoh who was impressive in Kotoko two friendly matches, has indicated that the players will train hard to excel in the team’s tenth CAF Champions League appearance.
“In every game, three things are involve; win, lose or draw. As players of Asante Kotoko, we will work hard to excel in the Champions League. We will will adhere to whatever our coach will tell us during training sessions”, Kelvin Andoh told pressmen after Societe Omnisports game on Wednesday.
Asante Kotoko will begin their CAF Champions League campaign with a trip to Nigeria to face Kano Pillars in the preliminary round scheduled for August 10, 2019.
