Hearts of Oak have officially completed the signing of former Liberty Professionals attacker Bernard Arthur, Kyfilla.com can confirm.
The 22-year old joined the Rainbow side on a long term deal after fruitful negotiations.

He has joined the Accra based side as a free agent after stay with Algerian side AS Ain Mina came to an end
He previously played for Tanzania Premier League heavyweight Azam FC before moving to AS Ain Mina.
He scored 10 goals for Liberty Professionals in 24 appearance during the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season.
