The Black Meteors of Ghana have qualified to the semi-finals of the ongoing U23 AFCON after beating Mali in the last group fixture on Thursday evening.

Kwabena Owusu’ brace has enabled Ghana to secure semi-final spot at the expense of Cameroon.
The first forty-five minutes ended in a goalless as both countries enjoyed much of possession but failed to get the opener.
Substitute Kwabena Owusu fired Ghana to the lead in the 74th minute before adding the second goal in the 86th minute to end the match.
The FC Cordoba youngster after the game was adjudged the man of the match with his spectacular performance.

Ghana have qualified to the semi-finals from the group A alongside host nation Egypt and will face the winners of group B.
