Spanish based Deportes & Finanzas conducted the survey, which was based on football clubs in Africa with most interactions on twitter in the year 2019.
According to the list, Hearts of Oak was ranked ahead of Asante Kotoko with South African and Egyptian clubs dominating.

Al Ahly placed first on the list with 160M with Kaizer Chiefs accumulating 349K.
