Three Black Stars players have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus after Ghana friendly against Mali and Qatar in Antalya, Turkey.
Ghana faced Mali and Qatar in an international friendly ahead of the upcoming AFCON qualifier against Sudan in November.

After the game, three of the Black Stars players namely; Bernard Mensah, Gideon Mensah and Joseph Aidoo have tested positive for Coronavirus.
Bernard Mensah was the first Black Stars player to contract the disease after a mandatory Coronavirus test by his club Besiktas just when he returned from the international friendlies.

Victoria Guimeras defender Gideon Mensah has also tested positive for the devastating disease after a test by his Portuguese club.
Latest to contract the virus is Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo who was an unused sub in Ghana game against Mali but got fielded in Qatar game.

The three players have since been isolated, undergoing a mandatory quarantined at their respective clubs.
Meanwhile, Black Stars management Committee member Jones Abu Alhassan is said to have also tested positive for the virus and was quarantined in Turkey.
Ghana was defeated 3:0 by Mali but managed to whip Qatar 5:1 in the second international friendly fixture last Monday at Antalya in Turkey.
