Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Felix Annan has been adjudged the best local footballer of the year in the this year’s edition of the SWAG Awards.
The dependable shot-stopper beat off competition from Dreams FC striker Joseph Esso as well as former AshantiGold SC talisman Shafiu Mumuni to win the award.

Annan has been given the award following his spectacular performance for Asante Kotoko last season, helping the team in their CAF inter-club campaign.

He was very instrumental when Asante Kotoko clinched the Normalization Committee special competition tier 1.
