Hearts of Oak midfielder, Sulley Muntari could be unavailable for Asante Kotoko clash on Sunday.
The 37-year old, who has been exceptional for the Phobians since joining the team, missed the club’s last training session and may not be available for the all-important fixture in Kumasi on Sunday.
Muntari might not make Hearts of Oak’s traveling squad for the fixture at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
Even though Muntari could miss the Asante Kotoko encounter, Hearts of Oak will be coming to Kumasi with another leader in the person of Samuel Inkoom.
Inkoom has joined the Ghana Premier League defending Champions on a year deal after weeks of training with the team.
The former FC Basel right-back has joined the Phobians as a free agent after leaving Georgian side FC Torpedo.
He could play for Hearts of Oak against Asante Kotoko following several reportage that the Ghana Football Association has received his international transfer certificate.
Asante Kotoko on the other hand will be missing ace midfielder Justice Blay to injury and skipper Abdul Ganiyu who is serving a suspension.
Kick-off time for the clash is 3:00PM at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi which 42,000 capacity.
