Ghana Premier League outfit AshantiGold Sporting Club have appointed Alejandro Manu Rodriguez as the assistant coach.
The Spaniard touched down at the Kotoka International Airport on Friday to start work at AshantiGold Sporting Club.[ads2]
It is believed that, Manu Rodriguez has joined AshantiGold Sporting Club based on recommendation from head coach Romain Folz.
Rodriguez will be assisting Romain Folz who was appointed head coach of AshantiGold recently.[ads3]
Rodriguez and Folz worked together at American side West Virginia United in the 2017/2018 season in the USL League Two.
Folz is expected to lead the Miners for the first time on Saturday when they host Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.[ads5]
