Renowned broadcaster, Abeiku Aggrey Santana has finally apologized to Ghanaian highlife musician Mzbel for calling her a former artiste.[ads2]
The Despite Media employee has been heavily bashed on social media for labeling Mzbel as an artiste who has past her prime in the Ghanaian music industry during a live radio interview.
The Okay FM drive time show host was interviewing Chief One, a fast-rising musician popularizing the Ewe language where he asked which artiste he would love to feature.
In response, Chief One mentioned Mzbel as artiste he want to feature – a reply which didn’t go down well with Abeiku Santana to which he asked, “…the former artiste?”[ads3]
With fans and friends of Mzbel chastising him, Abeiku Santana has apologised in a post which reads, “I’m sorry for calling Mzbel a former artiste”

Meanwhile, Mzbel has released her much anticipated single, ‘Asibolanga’, on Youtube, which has clocked over 30,000 views in just 10 hours.[ads4]
