Former Ghana U-20 forward, Samuel Afful has joined Nigeria Premier League outfit Rivers United.
Afful has joined Rivers United on a two-year deal after successful negotiations.[ads2]
The former Azam FC attacker has joined Rivers United after a short stint with Sekondi Hasaacas.
He revealed this in an interview on Takoradi-based Connect FM where he said that, “I have signed for Rivers United and will play in the second round of the Nigeria Premier League.”[ads3]
Samuel Afful has formerly played for Sekondi Hasaacas, Azam FC and Iraqi side Al-Talaba SC
He capped five times for the Ghana U-20 and was part of the Black Stars B squad that won the 2013 WAFU Cup.[ads5]
