Sekondi Hasaacas have announced that, the organizer of their friendly against Elmina Sharks has been arrested by the Police.

Hasaacas flogged Sharks 4:0 in a friendly game on Friday at the Sekondi Sports Stadium with Edmund Ampofo, David Nyankum and John Koomson scoring the goals.
But just after the friendly, management of the Elmina based club denied sanctioning the aforesaid match and mounted a serious betting allegations against the ‘Giants of the West’ as earlier reported by Kyfilla.com
This has also led to the dissolution of the youth team of Elmina Sharks after the friendly on Friday.

However, management of Hasaacas have denied the betting allegations mounted against them and have disclosed that, the organizer of the match Joseph Arthur is currently in police custody assisting the Takoradi Central Police in investigations.
