Medeama Sporting Club have conducted a medical screening for its players and technical staff ahead of the new league season.
This is in line with the Ghana FA directives for clubs to conduct coronavirus test for their players and technical team before resuming training.

This comes after President Akufo-Addo in his seventieth nationwide address gave the greenlight for football activities to resume after six months break due to the novel Coronavirus.
President Akufo-Addo directed that football activities can resume on October 30 after consultation with the Ghana FA and the Youth and Sports Ministry.

But the Ghana FA issued that training can resume with the 2020/2021 league season to start on November 13.

Medeama SC have joined clubs like Asante Kotoko, Legon Cities FC, AshantiGold SC, Karela United, Dreams FC and host of other Ghanaian clubs who have conducted the Coronavirus test before resuming training activities..
