Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have terminated the contract of Nigerian Danjuma Kuti.
According to a statement from the club, Danjuma Kuti has had his contract terminated on mutual consent.[ads2]
Kuti joined Hearts of Oak in April, 2020 on a two-year deal after a successful negotiations.
But the player couldn’t kick a ball for the Phobians due to an injury which led to some forth and back between the player and the club.[ads3]
But the Phobians have officially announced the sack of the lanky goal poacher after settling all his entitlements.
The statement reads, “We are pleased to announce to all Phobians that we have mutually terminated the contract of Nigerian international Danjuma Kuti. All his entitlements has been paid to him and we wish him well in his future endeavors.”
In other news, the club have announced that, defender Raddy Ovouka has extended his stay at the club till 2024.
This was contained in a statement from the club which reads, “the management is pleased to bring to the notice of all Phobians that, our Congolese international Raddy Ovouka has extended his contract with the club till 2024. The club is confident that his stay with us will help us acheive our goals and aspirations.”[ads4]
Ovouka has been exceptional since joining Hearts of Oak in January, 2018.
His incredible form at Hearts of Oak has earned him two call-ups to the Congo national team.
