Asante Kotoko versatile defender Amos Frimpong has joined Guinean side AS Kaloum Stars, Kyfilla.com can confirm.
Kyfilla.com can authoritatively confirm that, Amos Frimpong has penned down a year deal with AS Kaloum Stars with option to extend the contract when it runs out.
The 27-year old has joined the Guinean side after passing a mandatory medicals today.
Frimpong spent eight years with Asante Kotoko, and led the team as a captain to the group stages of the last season’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign for the very first time since 2008.
He won eleven trophies during his stay at Asante Kotoko; three Ghana Premier League titles, two FA Cups, two Presidential Cups, two SWAG Cups, one Super Cup and recently the Normalization Committee Special Competition tier 1.
