Two Ghana Premier League clubs namely Legon Cities FC and Karela United are battling for the services of four Asante Kotoko players.

According to the General Manager of Kotoko, Nana Akwasi Gyambibi also known as Nana Coker, both Karela United and Legon Cities FC have written to his outfit for the services of the four players.
In an interview with Kumasi based Light FM, Nana Coker mentioned that Ampem Dacosta, Evans Owusu, Kingsley Osei Effah and Douglass Owusu Ansah are the four players that the two clubs have requested for their services.

He stated that, the two Ghana Premier League clubs have requested for the services of the four players on loan and not permanent deals.
Kotoko are expected to respond to the two clubs for the possible transfer before the closure of the transfer window.
