Former Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah is on the verge of becoming the new gaffer of the Sudan national team.

According to several reports in the media, the former Ghanaian international has been approached by the Sudan FA for the national team job.
Per the reports, Kwesi Appiah has emerged as the perfect man for the Sudan national team job after Croatian Zdravko Lugarusic was sacked from the position on November last year.
Kwesi Appiah is free to go for the Sudan national team job after being sacked as the Black Stars of Ghana head coach few days ago.

Appiah is widely known in Sudan following his stints with Sudanese top-flight side Al-Khartoum before returning back for the Black Stars coaching job.
Should negotiations end in success, Kwesi Appiah will be announced the new Sudan national team head coach in the coming days.
