Three Asante Kotoko players have landed in Moldova to undergo trials at FC Sheriff Tiraspol.
The trio of Richard Boadu, Mudasiru Salifu and Andrews Appau left the shores of Ghana few days ago to begin the justify.
The three players were key to Kotoko success in the just ended league season where the team was crowned champions of the Ghana Premier League.
The trio are expected to ink a deal with Sheriff Tiraspol should they impress the technical handlers of the club during the trials.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have begun preparations for the next season’s CAF Champions League after winning the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League.
This means Kotoko might lose the aforementioned players for the Champions League campaign should the trials end in success.
Should the three players join Sheriff Tiraspol, they will be reuniting with former teammate Razak Abalora at the Moldova top-flight side.
