Asante Kotoko have released midfielder Martin Antwi.
The 26-year old midfielder has been asked to seek for a new challenge elsewhere after being deemed surplus to requirement.

According to Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM, the technical team of the Porcupine Warriors have told the midfielder that he is not part of their plans for next season.
Per the reports, Karela United have shown interest in securing the services of the player before the league season commence.

Martin Antwi made ten appearances for Asante Kotoko in the 2019/20 league season, scoring once for the Porcupine Warriors.
He joined the team in October 2018 on a three-year deal under the tutelage of former coach CK Akonnor.

Martin Antwi has become the latest player to leave Asante Kotoko after Ampem Dacosta and Patrick Yeboah who have officially left the club.
