Ghana Premier League giant, Asante Kotoko have made changes in their delegate list to vote at the upcoming Ghana FA elective Congress.

According to Oyerepa FM, the CEO of Asante Kotoko, George Amoako will no longer vote in the upcoming Congress, after the rights was stripped off from him by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Kwame Kyei.

According to the report, George Amoako decided to vote for a different candidate in the elections instead of George Afriyie who the club have agreed to vote for.

The new developments means the Operations Manager of the club, Isaac Donkor (Perusha) will now take the place of George Amoako in the upcoming elections and will represent the Porcupine Warriors alongside the Special Assistant to Dr. Kwame Kyei, Nana Kwasi Gyambibi.
George Amoako is seeking to be elected onto the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association on October 25, 2019, which is also the day for the Ghana FA Presidential elections.

Six candidates namely; George Afriyie, Kurt Okraku, Amanda Clinton, Nana Yaw Amponsah, George Ankomah Mensah and Fred Pappoe are the personalities vying for the vacant Ghana FA Presidential seat.
