Karela United Secretary, Kwame Miezah says playing the NC Special Competition tier I final at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, could be a major reason to the dissolution of the club’s management team.
An earlier news from the camp of the Ayinase based club, indicated that the new president of the club, Abena Brigidi has dissolved the entire management team of the club without any reason as to the sudden dissolution of the management of the club.
But according to the embattled Secretary, the decision to play the NC Special Competition final against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, did not go well with the Board, who were opting for Accra Sports Stadium.
” It’s true we have been relief off duties as Karela United management, but we have not been told why we have been dissolved.
“But I think playing the final of the Special Competition in Kumasi, could be the major reason why we have been dissolved, since that decision was not fully accepted by the Board and even some of us the management team.
“Am not worried because I will forever be a staunch supporter of club despite our dissolution.
“I know a new management team would soon be announced, considering the state of the club, but I can’t pinpoint the exact names of people who could be in the new management team”, Miezah told Kyzz FM in Takoradi.
