Asante Kotoko winger Matthew Kelvin Andoh received resounding applause from the fans despite the side’s 0:0 stalemate against Societe Omnisports.
The 24-year old continued his fine individual brilliance for the Porcupines as they were held to a pulsating goalless draw at home by the Ivorian side in the preseason friendly.
Kelvin Andoh lasted the full throttle in what could be described as a cagey encounter on Wednesday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The aftermath of the game, saw the fans of the Kumasi based side hanging around the winger to show their appreciation.
The former Wa All Stars winger has scored once in his two appearance for Asante Kotoko.
He is expected to continue his fine form as the Porcupines partake in the next season’s CAF Champions League.
Kelvin Andoh joined the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal as a free agent after contract with fellow premiership side Wa All Stars expired.
