Asante Kotoko head coach Mariano Barreto has returned to Ghana to continue his job at the club.
The Portuguese tactician left the shores of Ghana to his native country on last Sunday, May 23, 2021 to renew his UEFA Pro Coaching License as the end of the football season in Portugal provides a short window for coaching license renewals.
As expected, coach Barreto has made a return to the West African country to prepare the team for league game against Aduana Stars this weekend.

While in Portugal, assistant coach Pedro Manual took over the team, preparing the playing body for the Aduana Stars fixture at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa.
