Ghana Premier League powerhouse, Hearts of Oak have recalled striker Kofi Kordzi after weeks of suspension.
The bulky goal poacher was banned by the club for violating his contract.
Kordzi was banned after he was spotted playing in the 2022 Ramadan Cup on the same day the club was involved in an MTN FA Cup semi-final game against Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.
A statement from the club said the player was not given the permission to participate in the Ramadan football.
But after weeks of serving the suspension, Kofi Kordzi has made a return to the team for the remaining matches of the ongoing league season.
He is part of the Hearts of Oak squad to face Eleven Wonders in Techiman on Wednesday.
His return comes as huge boost to the Hearts of Oak attacking line for Eleven Wonders game on Wednesday.
The Phobians will go into the game without their talisman Daniel Afriyie Barnieh who is on national team duty.
Afriyie Barnieh is among the Black Stars players for a four-nation tournament in Japan.
The tournament slated for June 10-14, 2022 is to prepare the Black Stars for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana will face Japan in the semifinal of the four-nation tournament before coming up against either Chile or Tunisia.
