Asante Kotoko emerged victorious in the last edition played in 2019 after defeating their Hearts of Oak 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Porcupines have won the title on six occasions, two titles more than their sworn-rivals Hearts of Oak who are currently the Ghana Premier League defending Champions.
