Hearts of Oak are on the verge of signing an agreement with Turkish construction firm Prefabex Yapi Teknolojileri San Ve Tic over the construction of the Pobiman project.
According to a statement from the Ghana Premier League heavyweight, the board have selected the Turkish construction firm for the Pobiman project after a due deligence.
The statement continues that, officials of PREFABEX have already touched down in Ghana to finalize the deal.
