Ghana Premier League giant, Hearts of Oak are close to signing two huge players to strengthen their squad.
Reports indicate that, the Phobians are close to signing defender Caleb Amankwah and midfield dynamo Salifu Ibrahim.
Caleb Amankwah is currently unattached after leaving former Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars weeks ago.[ads2]
It is believed that, the dependable centre-back has reached the apex of negotiation with Hearts of Oak who are determined to strengthen their defence with Amankwah for the rest of the league season.
The reports further state that, coach Kosta Papic is desirous to sign Eleven Wonders midfielder Salifu Ibrahim despite the avalanche of midfielders at his disposal.[ads1]
Salifu Ibrahim has been on the wanted list of clubs like Asante Kotoko, Karela United following his spectacular form so far this season.
He has won five man of the match awards after ten matches and was nominated for the Ghana Premier League player of the month for January, 2020 but lost to Great Olympics skipper Gladson Awako.[ads4]
The two players could be unveiled by Hearts of Oak in the next coming days should negotiations with the trio end in a success.
