Ghana Premier League titans, Hearts of Oak have denied reports that Board Chairman Togbe Afede is financing the Pobiman project.
It was earlier making rounds in the local media that, their Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV is the one financing the Pobiman project, which comes with 25% interest rate.

The statement signed by the head of the Communications Department of the Rainbow side, Opare Addo, continues to denied that, the cost of the Pobiman project is not $700,000 as earlier speculated in the local media.
